Vision
We exist to joyfully glorify God with all humility, gentleness, and patience. Bearing with one another in love, we are zealous for unity in Christ and are dedicated to raising up disciples to maturity. We are committed to sound Biblical doctrine through expository teaching, evangelism, and prayer.
Values
The Authority of Scripture
We value the authority of Scripture because the Bible is God’s written revelation to man. It is inerrant in the original documents, infallible in all that it says, and sufficient to instruct in all matters of faith and practice. Therefore, we submit to its authority and seek to order our church according to what the Bible says (2 Timothy 3:16-17; Hebrews 1:1-2; 2 Peter 1:20-21; Revelation 22:19).
The Lordship of Christ
We value the Lordship of Jesus Christ because He is the head of the Church and the Lord of all. Therefore, we aim to give Jesus Christ the first place in everything. He is first in our church, first in our families, first in our jobs, first in our recreation, and first in our affections (Psalm 73:25; Matthew 22:37-38; Colossians 1:18; Romans 12:1-2; Philippians 2:9-11; Revelation 1:9-3:22, 19:16).
Holiness
We value holiness. Since God is pure and holy we are motivated to faithfully live a life set apart from this sinful world and not be conformed to it, so that we can be vessels useful to our glorious Lord Jesus for every good work. The grace we have in Christ’s salvation teaches us to live sensibly, righteously, and godly in this present age (I Peter 1:15-16; Romans 12:8-9; Titus 2:11-12).
Integrity
We value integrity as we strive to be Christlike in our relationships with one another. Trusting the Word of God, we reject hypocrisy and aim to live what we believe in private and in public (Psalm 26:1, 56:4; Proverbs 2:7, 3:5-6).
Love
We value love as God demonstrates His great sacrificial love for us. In return we obediently and eagerly love Him in deed and truth. We are committed to serve one another as we follow His example, because love is the perfect bond of unity (Romans 5:8; Galatians 5:13; Colossians 3:14; I John 3:18).
Unity
We value our unity as believers because God has made us one in Christ through His Spirit. In faith, we strive to be like-minded with humility, gentleness, and patience so that we may walk in a manner worthy of His calling in order that the world may believe in Christ our Savior (Psalm 133:1-2; Romans 1:11-12; Ephesians 4:1-6,13).
